Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Period

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your backpack to request a return.

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you also benefit from your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer protection laws.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your backpack must:

  • Be unused and unworn

  • Be in the same condition as received

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your backpack.

⚠️ Important:
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

If the backpack is defective or incorrect, we will provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.


5. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Backpacks

Please inspect your backpack immediately upon delivery.

If you receive a backpack that is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at backpacks.eu@outlook.com with clear photos. We will assess the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.


6. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns may not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Backpacks showing visible signs of use

  • Missing original tags or packaging

  • Damage caused by misuse

  • Sale or promotional items


7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different model or color, please:

  1. Return the original backpack

  2. Place a new order after your return has been processed


8. European Union – Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing any reason.

To exercise this right:

  • Notify us within 14 days of receiving your backpack

  • Return the backpack within 14 days after notifying us

The backpack must meet the eligibility conditions stated above.

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law.


9. Store Credit Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned backpack, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • You will receive store credit equal to the approved return value

  • Store credit will be issued within 10 business days

  • Store credit can be used for future purchases on our store

Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
