Shipping policy

We process all orders within 7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available). Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or customs. Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees are the responsibility of the customer.
